Your gift to the Retired Ministers and Missionaries Offering (RMMO) makes a difference in the lives of retired American Baptist ministers and missionaries, or their widowed spouses. Through Thank You checks, we let them know that they are remembered and that their years of ABC service are appreciated. Emergency assistance helps lighten the load of those with financial burdens. Assistance is based on need. This year we are guided by Psalm 100, Verse 5:
For the Lord is good;
his steadfast love endures forever,
and his faithfulness to all generations.

Thank You check recipients and others who received financial assistance from the 2010 Retired Ministers and Missionaries Offering were overwhelmed by the generosity of American Baptist congregations.
The theme of this year’s offering is “RMMO Connects Generations.” As a denomination we are grateful for and deeply indebted to our retired spiritual leaders who have faithfully served our
churches and mission fields.
We invite you to join us in making a generous contribution to this offering which will be collected throughout the month of January, 2011. Our church goal is $800.00 and special envelopes will be available in the pews.
